We wish to see the progress in the establishment of the early childhood activity in all municipalities in terms of allocations more budgets, provide more coordinated and professional services.

For examples - last year data indicate that over the years there have been satisfactory changes in the professional standards of the programs:
1. there was an increase in the number of children that attend regularly annual programs both
individual and in a group.

Researches shows participating in such programs regularly have
the greatest impact on improving Developmental situation of children. (Takanishi & Bogard, 2007 ).
2. There was significant increase in thenumber of members of the professionalstaff that receive ongoing training and supervision. Ongoing training and supervision of the staff has an immediate impact on the quality of treatment given to the children.
